What is Birth Boot Camp?

Birth Boot Camp is a comprehensive 10-week education course for couples (moms AND dads or partners) planning a natural birth. Classes may be taken live or online; they’re packed with information from doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, and other educators, as well as a 170-page Field Manual, breastfeeding DVD, and much more. It’s everything you need to plan an amazing natural birth.

Shannon is a certified Birth Boot Camp instructor in the Southern Maryland area of Charles, Calvert and St Mary’s County, offering live instruction, private classes, early pregnancy healthy kick-off, sibling preparation and refresher courses.
