Postpartum doula packages are customized to fit each family’s needs, and when working with Birth As You Wish, you can feel confident knowing you have access to our team’s combined knowledge, experience, and library of resources. Postpartum services include help with infant care, soothing techniques, and learning your baby’s cues, breastfeeding assistance, household organization, laundry, meal prep, etc Your postpartum doula can also help you with babywearing or using other baby gear, setting up a nursery, organizing a meal train, and connecting you with any resources you may need. The doula helps YOU find YOUR groove by providing expertise and support so you can focus your energy on healing physically and bonding with your new babe. To reserve a doula’s time and ensure availability, we ask you to commit to a minimum of 12 hours of service and a one-hour postpartum planning session.
